Your app should prompt in the next screen for condiments, especially with the pretzel or something that is designed to dip. The option to select up to three condiments is good but it would be nice for three of the same condiment to be an option. Both of these McDonald's does well in their app. Lastly it would be nice to substitute chicken for burger. I got your Hawaiian burger. It was okay but I know it would be better as chicken either grilled or crispy. Price per person: $10–20

The dude on the speaker did a fake voice to try and be funny for his coworkers, then all five gentlemen in the back played around for 15 minutes, allowing my milkshake to melt. After 15 minutes one of them finally remembered about their only customer, handed me a melted shake, and shut the window in my face so I couldn’t ask for a shake that wasn’t completely melted. Absolutely pathetic service and I feel embarrassed for whoever’s responsible for managing that place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

DOORDASH DRIVERS DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR ORDERS!!!!!!! Gave me three large drinks in a flimsy cardboard carrier the kid carrying out to my car could barely get in my window with all the weight on that flimsy "cardboard" carrier. The drinks leaked all over my car seats. Thanks for the half hour cleaning my cars seats! Will not be picking up orders here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
