Why is it this store can not get a simple order right? I ordered 2 sonic blast and got one. When I asked about it the employee had a blank "deer in the light look. The employee and magement are inattentive and poorly trained. This used to be a great place with good food and decent service.not sure what happened. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This morning I ordered 3 combo meals at the drive-thru. I waited well over 10 mins. One of the meals was completed incorrectly. After getting the order remade, I pulled FORWARD to check my bag before proceeding to my destination. Another customer behind me, began blowing the horn & sticking her middle finger at me while AT the drive-thru window. The manager proceeds to come to the window & tell me that if I didn’t move she would call the cops on me because I was running her clock down. I had a hard time understanding how I was holding up her clock when the other customer was already at the window. My vehicle was well out the customer’s way. Horrible service and my order was still made incorrectly! I will NEVER revisit this sonic location! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order a sausage, egg, and cheese brioche breakfast combo, and it was awful! The breakfast sandwich was cold, the brioche bun was stale, the tots were hard and tasted old, and the orange juice was so watered down, that it had no flavor. I will NEVER order anything from Sonic again! Horrible!
