I ordered a hamburger and it took almost 30 minutes to get the food. When I opened my burger, there was No lettuce. I had only removed the cheese and pickles. I called the register through the drive-in kiosk to complain and the employee nonchalantly told me they ran out of lettuce. Seriously?? What fast food joint runs out of lettuce??? He gave me a fake apology and said they should have told us before we ordered. I had ordered on the app and there was no warning on there. So, I had a half-baked burger that took way too long to get. I probably won't ever go to Sonic again because they don't believe in being honest with a customer nor taking any steps to rectify THEIR mistake. Should have gone to McD's as originally planned. SMH

Worst place ever! I bought a burger and a milk shake and the kid changed me $17? Turns out he charged me do a meal that I didn't receive and 2 milk shakes! Then he wouldn't refund my money he told me the manager wasn't in! What kind of criminal place is this!

I had double cheese burger. It is big size. Tastes okay! The good thing about this particular Sonic Drive-in is that you can sit next to windows and watch the street view.
