Worst sonic experience ever. They charged me for extra drink and when I asked for a refund they stated I've already paid and they couldn't and wouldn't refund, even though I never ordered the item.

Response from the owner 2 months ago

We always want our guests to have a smooth, hassle-free visit, and ensuring your order and payment are handled correctly is a top priority for us.
