Orders have been getting worse about missing items or just being wrong altogether. Got better service when it was closed down than what you get now. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner 4 months ago

We expect every order to be complete and correct, so we’re truly sorry that hasn’t been your experience, Jason. That’s not the level of care and accuracy you should expect from us. You should receive exactly what you ordered, and we’re working with our team to ensure items are prepared correctly and improve execution moving forward. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Robert, we’re sorry to hear about the long wait and the poor attitude you encountered. That’s definitely not the service we aim for at our Drive-in. We’ll make sure this is looked into.

I ordered a medium sprite on the app and waited about 30 minutes till they finally brought it out. And the carhop (Josie) didn't speak a single word and just gave me my drink with a dirty look and attitude. I even paid a good tip... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 6 months ago

Hi Abdul, we’re truly sorry for the wait and the unprofessional service you received. This isn't the experience we want for our guests, especially after you were kind enough to tip. We’ll address this with the team.
