Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, so we're so sorry for the extended wait, Joshua. We know your time is valuable, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much better run next time.

I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and was pleasantly surprised by their cheap prices and friendly staff. The option to order ahead saved me time and hassle. However, my excitement turned to sadness when they got my order wrong, leaving me a bit disappointed with the overall experience.
