Wonderful experience with staff, great food, I informed them that their drive through speakerphone was Extremely Loud and ear piercing. They apologized, inform me that they've informed management and their systems from the 90s and they have no headsets. Apparently it's been like this for a long time. Franchise owner fix your equipment, Empower your management. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Drinks came out correct and very fast. My only complaint would be the order speakers were turned up way too loud. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Decent sonic food, good consistency across locations. Except for customer service at this location apparently. If you can't understand what someone is asking and then look with mouth agap at me when I literally just asked what the difference between two things are, then you need to just go ahead and accept that you need an easier job and go somewhere else. Worst sonic location I've been at. Hire people with a brain, not just a spinal cord Edit 1: Employee came back to window asking for payment after forgetting Edit 2: they came back with the card because they forgot what I ordered Edit 3: someone else had to take over and redo the order Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
