Today 6/12/26 I ordered a burger at just before 11am. Looks like others were late and put a couple of staff members in a tough spot. To the young lady who brought out my burger and was obviously flustered—10/10 on doing your best. I hope you and the owner see this and they make it right for you. You are what gives me hope that people still give a darn and want to do a good job. Don’t let the jerks soil that work ethic!

I don't know why I keep giving this Sonic more chances. The food and service during the afternoon and evening are consistently disappointing. Tonight, we placed a mobile order, checked in, and waited over 30 minutes. During that time, employees repeatedly brought out food without knowing which stall it belonged to, and even the drive-thru line wasn't moving. We also noticed one employee walking around on her phone for much of the time. Maybe they were having technical issues, but it seemed like orders may have been cleared from the system before they were actually prepared, causing confusion. When we finally received our order, everything was ice cold. The drinks had almost no syrup and tasted like straight carbonated water, dr.pepper had no cherry as requested, and we received no marinara sauce for the mozzarella. The kids burger smells like a flattop that hadn't been cleaned. If you've worked in a restaurant you know what I am referring to. As residents of Waller, it's disappointing to say we're done giving this location another chance. We always hope for a better experience, but unfortunately, this has become the norm. Food was great. Hot n fresh. Sonic waiters/waitresses were very nice and courteous as well. Prices are affordable too. This sonic is one of the newer modeled versions which is cool. Drive-in spots are available but fill up during lunch time quickly. Drive thru moves quickly but gets full very fast,so be prepared to wait for a bit. The only issue I have, no offense, but there were a lot of non English speaking people personnel that work there so it made ordering a lot harder than it should be due to language barriers. Other than that, it's a great Sonic Drive-in so you should definitely check it out. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fries, Burger
