I frequent a lot of Sonics and I normally don't leave bad reviews anywhere actually this is my first time leaving a bad review but there's something wrong at this one I was sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes waiting on my order they didn't get it right in the first place and the food was wrong and the person in the Drive-Thru seemed more interested in her conversation with somebody inside then actually giving customer service

Evening crew here sucks! We went to get ice cream after dinner tonight and one cup came out busted like straught up had a hole punched in it. All of the ice cream was partially is not mostly melted. The ice cream itself also had an odd taste to it nobody finished not even the kids. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I waited in line for 20 minutes for some groovy sauce. It was forgotten on my order even tho I ordered it at my stall, so we decided to go through the drive thru to get it , there was one car in front of us , his order took 15 minutes , then we pull up don’t even get acknowledged people kept walking by the window not saying a word and when she finally opened the window we had been there for 10 minutes just to get some freaking sauce. It’s a drive thru for a reason so you expect no one at the window for more than 5 minutes and especially if you know the car behind just wanted some sauce it should’ve been ran out. Very disappointing and won’t be back , quitman is 10x better with service and food. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
