Had my wife pick me up a smash burger for lunch we live 5 mins from this location. The burger was burnt and dry. The cheese was black it was burnt so bad. The lettuce was wilted and was not fresh. The tomatoes slices they put on my sandwiches any other human would have thrown in the trash they were the end piece with the stem. There are a lot of people looking for jobs it might be time they look for someone who has experience cooking and handling food because this location is absolutely horrible. Food: 1

Hot and fresh is the only way to enjoy SONIC, and we’re sorry your meal wasn’t up to our standards, Joe. We want every bite to be a win, and we apologize for the poor quality and preparation of the smash burger. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; your feedback will help us improve.

0 stars. Rude store and the manager flicked us off and denied remaking our cold food and laughed at us when talking to me about my concern.

Response from the owner 2 months ago

Pulling into Sonic should get you hot meals and professional care, Chris. This is not how we operate, so we shared this with local management to ensure strict accountability.
