Food was cold. Hamburger was barely lukewarm and fries were cold and stale. Not very happy! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Dr Pepper

I called independence local sonic to speak with a manager. The children they have working days couldn’t get a manager and passed the phone off to another crew member, they pretended to be a voicemail and hung up in my face. -10/10. Customer service is very very poor! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

HORRIBLE service. will NOT be back.UPDATE. We tried the app again.. ????????Thinking 6 to 7 months they Sonic Drive-In would have done some changes in their store. NO, they have NOT. Forgot the wacky pack drink (milk) for my child. I orded a hamburger wack pack. With ketchup mustard and pickles, did NOT get what I ordered. got a deluxe. Same thing with the other wacky pack, plain hambuger. Got a deluxe.( what child will eat that???!!!) Ordered a large fry with a chill cheese coney. The chilli cheese coney was OLD soggy bun, and served a small fry.
Also ordered 4 packets of ranch for our mozzarella sticks. Got NO sauce.. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! $30.00 WAS NOT WORTH IT. Gave SonicDrive a 2nd chance. And it was horrible. You deserve a NO STAR RATING. !!!
