Every time I come to this location, the service either takes forever, or the servers are rude. Last time I was here, they had to give me a free drink coupon because I went through the drive through and the made me sit there a long time without even acknowledging me. When I came back and tried to use the coupon, I got chewed out by the server for handing it to her. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We regret that your visits were disappointing due to long wait times and poor service, Johan. This is not the standard we strive for at SONIC, and we’re working with our team to provide efficient, more welcoming service moving forward. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

$23 for breakfast burritos that were basically no egg and all tomato I'm pregnant as hell, and you're lucky we didn't turn around. Overpriced garbage, don't eat at this location, go to a better one. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We’re so sorry your Breakfast Burritos wasn't up to par, Hannah. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an item that feels lacking in quality and portion size. We’ll work with our team to help ensure meals are prepared more carefully and consistently moving forward.

I tried to order a meal with cherry limeade slush and was told they don't make limeade slushes but I ordered a regular cherry limeade and the person with me ordered one and they were the worst drink I ever had plus they flat out lied about the cherry limeade slush .I won't waste my time stopping there again Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Providing accurate menu parameters across our classic refreshment offerings and verifying all items precisely at the speaker are standard requirements for our team, Logan. We apologize for the communication mismatch regarding our slush varieties and that your beverage builds did not meet our strict quality benchmarks. Your notes are being sent directly to the fountain and management lines to focus on staff menu guidance, and we truly hope you give us another opportunity to serve you a perfect drink.
