I don’t know what has happened recently to this Soonta, it is my go to lunch spot. However, my recent experience has forced me to never return. 1) I was served by a lady who had no idea what she was doing. When I asked if the new wonton soup was vegetarian, I was told yes if I pick chicken out of it!!! And she then asked if I wanted to order it? 2) When I then proceeded to order a Bahn mi, I asked for one with no cucumber (I am allergic) and that I am vegetarian. She asked if I wanted pork paste?!!! 3) When I got back to my desk, I realised there was cucumber in my roll!! I picked this out (as it’s a very mild allergy) took a bite into the roll, only to spit it out. The roll had this weird white sauce all over it, the tofu and mushroom had no seasoning to it and half the roll was carrot. This was the most bland, disgusting Bahn mi I have ever had. 4) To top it all off, I ordered two vegetarian spring rolls (because I am vegetarian) only to bite into them when I got back to my desk to find meat in it!! Safe to say I will refuse to return, everyone in my office was as disgusted as I was. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
