A very nice Franconian restaurant with excellent (regional) food and a great selection of local wines and beers! The furnishings are really great, very pleasant and you immediately feel at home. The Sophienbäck is a rustic wine bar with flair and tradition, a visit is worth it! We were there last Friday and it was really busy. Despite the stress, the staff was relaxed and friendly. The chef did a great job, the wait was worth it, we were very satisfied!
