Had dinner at Sora this evening, and it was such a delightful experience. We were lucky to be served by Rajesh, whose exceptional customer service made our evening truly unforgettable. We had a truly outstanding Friday brunch at Sora Rooftop, located on the 21st floor of the Park Hyatt Doha in Msheireb. The setting is spectacular, with panoramic views across the Corniche and Doha skyline, but the food was every bit as impressive. The brunch offered an incredible variety of beautifully presented sushi, maki and nigiri, alongside a superb fresh seafood selection featuring prawns, mussels, oysters and much more. The live preparation added a wonderful sense of theatre, while the main courses were equally delicious and presented with real attention to detail. The quality, freshness and variety throughout were exceptional. The drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed and lively, and the whole experience felt genuinely special. A very special mention must go to Jacques, who looked after us brilliantly. He was warm, attentive and engaging, and made a genuine effort to ensure we enjoyed every moment. Our sincere thanks also go to all the staff who took care of us. The entire team were welcoming, professional and remarkably attentive throughout the afternoon. Sora Rooftop delivers the complete brunch experience: outstanding food, an impressive seafood and sushi selection, excellent drinks, first-class hospitality and one of the finest rooftop views in Doha.
