I've know the owner for years. This area is chock full of great Italian places, but Pascal is the only one that goes back to Italy and does training/classes yearly that sets them apart from the other Americanized places in the area. The effort goes a long way in their quality. Love Sorrento Bakery! The food is awesome! I gave it four stars because the past two visits I haven't been very happy with the service. I've been going here for years and recently the service seems lacking, no smiles and almost like we are an inconvenience as the customer. The younger staff seem to want to take a drink of their fancy ice coffee or check their phones rather than help you. I'm not old so I'm not a cranky old person, it's just disappointing, they've always been really good with customer service except these past few weeks. I get it, the people are tired, it's very busy, I get it but customer service goes a long way.
