Such an amazing place, I absolutely loved the idea of a prosecco bar. I tried several sparklings, loved all of them. The brut rose is highly recommended. I will definitely come back and remember the brands. The kitchen is a true gem as well. My favorites are shrimps, cauliflower, and their special salmon marinated in beets. I recently visited Sorso in DC and had such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and welcoming. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and you can really tell they put care into every plate. The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. The ingredients tasted high quality and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better.
