Always a good experience here at SO Cockburn. I usually grab a grilled chicken wrap and a coffee, pay, and get on with my day. Simple, convenient, and exactly what I'm there for. The staff provide good service, and I appreciate that they include calorie information for those of us who are health-conscious and like to track our intake. Soul Origin is what it is: a convenient spot for breakfast, lunch, a quick snack, or coffee when you're on the go. You're not walking into a fine-dining restaurant, and you're certainly not paying $100 for a Michelin-starred meal prepared by Gordon Ramsay himself. Honestly, some of the expectations in these reviews are absurd. It's a quick-service café where you can grab a decent meal for under $20, not a luxury dining experience with white-glove service and a personal chef. Of course, fair criticism is justified when something genuinely goes wrong, but there's a difference between pointing out a legitimate issue and expecting the world from an affordable, everyday food outlet. Personally, I've had good service, convenient food, and a consistently easy experience. Sometimes, a quick meal, a decent coffee, and friendly service are all you need. Not every lunch needs to be a Michelin-starred culinary adventure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
