I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience here today (Thursday, March 26, around 12:10 PM). There is no clear queuing system, so I just stood there waiting patiently. Despite there being four staff members working, they completely ignored me and allowed other people to cut right in front of me and get served first. When it was finally my turn, the staff member was incredibly impatient. I wanted to order the three-choice option, but she didn't listen, assumed I just wanted 'half-and-half', and had a terrible attitude about it. Terrible queue management, unfair treatment, and rude service. I definitely won't be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They strategically cut the bread 1/3 making the filling appear that it’s full and sticking out. However there’s more bread than filling. Saving costs on fillings Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
