Ordered the soul parfait and was delivered 1/3 the size as previously ordered, came in a short Chinese food box instead of the plastic tub, super disappointed and unable to share.

Response from the owner a month ago

Thank you for your review however, the plastic cup is 16 ounces and the Chinese food cup is 26 ounces. We use the cup because it is biodegradable. The Soul parfait is not meant to share. It is a meal for one person. We do appreciate your UberEats order :)

Please remove your business from Door dash. Your hours of operation are to inconsistent to be trying to accommodate food orders. I placed an order around 8pm the order was accepted and said it was being prepared. The order kept being pushed back. I waited 2 hours before just cancelling it. Your site said we're closed already. I tried to order again the following morning. Door dash said you open at 12 pm . I scheduled for pickup. And just got a notification now you're closed for today. Smh just a headache.

Thank you so much for your input however Doordash cancels orders when there is no driver. If we're not open, we cannot accept orders at all. I'm so sorry this happened to you. However, we do not cancel orders after we've started preparing them.
