I was not surprised to see this place closed. I was excited to go after looking at their menu and then totally disappointed. The staff was rude and acted like my coming into order was an inconvenience. I ended up with a dry pastry instead of the sandwich I came for. I thought it was interesting to see that the criticism has been long term with the owner going into lengthy explanations instead of just acknowledging a problem and trying to rectify the issues. Ordered a strawberry filled cow cake per my boys request for their birthday party and this cake turned out so cute! Taylor was kind to accommodate and communicated with me. It was made exactly like the picture and had great flavor! The cake ready to go when I arrived to picked it up. Cute shop with lots to offer. Will have to come back again and try something else. We are using Soulards for our wedding desserts and did our cake tasting here! The shop is so cute! There is so much natural light, and the deco is just the perfect thing for coffee and delicious treats! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
