Having previously leaving a positive review, I had to update after our experience last night. We walked in an asked for a table for 4, and were told to sit anywhere we wanted and order with the QR code. We sat down, found menus and cutlery ourselves from another used table, and went to the bar to ask someone to take our order. They reluctantly came to the table to take the order. Food was fine, it's definitely dipped since moving from the Kildare House Hotel. Food arrived, no follow up. Went to the bar to ask for the bill, was handed a receipt and said we could pay with the QR code, we said we wanted to pay cash and they said ok. Left cash and a tip on the table, looking around for someone to come over to us. After a few mins we left. A different person ran out after us and shouted down the street, "You have to pay for that!!!", we said we did, there's money on the table, but still had to follow them back into the pub. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Shouting at someone down a busy street. Definitely won't be back after this experience. Always liked Soul Burger in the Kildare House Hotel. Cool venue, same food and really good value meals!!! The pints are better here too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was a bit pricey for what you're getting, but we got served incredibly fast, and the portion sizes are quite big. Food quality was good , the bacon cheese fries are done with a different kind of bacon , very small shredded pieces, that make it quite unique. Quite a decent selection of cocktails, unfortunately we weren't able to try them, so will be an excuse to go back again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Soul Burger while accommodating a group of 120 6th year students on their school tour, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Abbie was exceptional throughout in terms of communication and service, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the day, everything was well organised and handled efficiently, even with such a large group. The students all really enjoyed their food, with plenty of choice available to suit everyone. Every student was accommodated without issue, which made a huge difference to the overall experience. A big thank you to all the staff involved for their professionalism and hospitality. We would be very happy to return again in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
