The food is soo good!!! I would consider moving here for this food truck! My boyfriend and I saw this food truck from the Tesla charging station. I saw on the sign that it was Cajun food and that they had gumbo so I insisted on running over. My boyfriend said he didn’t like gumbo and didn’t want anything. But let me tell you, once I made him try it, he practically ate the whole bowl. Of course we had to run back over to get something for him. He decided to get the roast beef and gravy po’ boy. He literally ate every last bit including the lettuce that fell out into the gravy drippings. It was just as fantastic as the gumbo! Wonderful place, definitely give it a try if you can!
