I am a diagnosed celiac. Eating out is a challenge. I can recommend to anyone with celiac disease that you can eat safely at the Southern Ale House. There are several options from the menu. This is what I ate: gluten free French fries, the grilled shrimp spinach salad with red wine vinegar dressing. The strawberry dressing is also gf. And I even had dessert. A piece of gf chocolate vanilla cake with a chocolate frosting. The waitress was extremely helpful and kind. It was super to be able to eat French fries! I will return. Keep up the good gf work SAH!
