Try perfectly cooked nacho chips at this bar. Beer lovers will find it good. Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. Southern Social Whiskey Bar & Lounge is recommended for the cute staff. From the visitors' point of view, prices are affordable. As most guests affirm, the atmosphere is comfortable. Tried to get in with a basketball jersey on and wasn’t allowed in . Im over 21, I wasn’t really worried about it until I looked over and saw two girls with Xs on their hands and had on wayyyyyy less than I did. When I asked the older security guard (at least mid 40s) why am I not allowed to wear a jersey in he asked “did I need explaining the difference between a male and a female” So what I got out of that was you’re under 21 girl who can’t buy a drink and have on next to nothing you’re allowed in the “bar”. If you’re a male who is indeed old enough to drink with a basketball jersey on you ain’t getting in the “bar” I usually stick to myself while attending the southern social and now I know why! No rebuttal necessary, what’s understood doesn’t need explaining!

For starters, enjoy this place while it lasts, this place has a lawsuit waiting to happen. There policies are SEXIEST!!! Just because of the shoes you wear. With this business model, iits VERY easy to duplicate minus the policies, good bye SWBaL. As for the so called kids out in front of the building checking ID’s, I will say very fragile and very easy to get upset, maybe there panties are too tight Again, enjoy this place while it lasts, major law suit might happen very soon

I've had the good fortune to travel extensively with my music career. Southern Social Whiskey Bar & Lounge is not only one of my favorite venues to play, it's also one of my favorite places to go for a night out. The staff is top-notch, the atmosphere cannot be beat, and the owners/ operators are some of the nicest people you'll never meet. There's really no place like it!! I love The Southern Social Whiskey Bar & Lounge.
