On a neverending quest to find good Southeast Asian food in Waterloo, I headed down to Sowon Korea Dining. When my friend and I went there, we ordered a spicy bulgogi with rice (which was their daily lunch special) along with a seasoned Korean crispy-fried boneless chicken. Due to the spicy bulgogi having just the right amount of spice to not make it overwhelming, the meal was utterly delicious - paired with a tangy pickled radish, the bulgogi was a mixture of several delectable flavors! It was made only better with the crispy fried boneless chicken - eaten hot, the boneless chicken was crispy, yet tender, making for a filling dish despite ordering a smaller portion.
