What happened to Spangles lately? Ordered out Sunday night the burger buns was old and dried out, the hamburger was tough to chew, the fries was soggy like the oil was old or low temperatured, the mudslide had a bad taste like the ice cream machine wasn't cleaned out in weeks. Highly disappointed! Ps The only thing was very good was the Pepsi. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2

I went in to get a burger, and a very disrespectful young man named Andrew took my order. He seemed to be in a bad mood and kept rushing me. After I finished my order I went to pay and he got upset I wanted to pay for the last 2.50 cents in quarters stating if I did not have real cash I didn’t need to eat out. This was very humiliating and I could not enjoy my food after. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was so disappointed we are back in KS visiting family and look forward coming all the way from AZ but tonight was the worst! We waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 mins after being told they would be right with us. Everyone in the drive-thru left. There were 5 cars in line and we all drove off. Thank goodness Braums is right next door because we all wound up there! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
