Food was fresh and hot. Tasted great. Minimal (2 minute?) wait for some fresh fries, which was OK by me. They're always at the top of my list because of the fresh food and the Pepsi products! Always happy to return here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I only ordered a Adult beverage and asked for no Ice and paid extra for no ice. You guessed it, it was filled with ice. Of course I didnt find out until I got home 20mins later. I called and was offered a replacement and burger and fries for me trouble. The person I talked to said he would be there when I got there. I went right back. He wasn't there,they acted like I was lying about the ice til I showed them the drink and receipt. I asked for my burger and fries and was told I could only have fries. I didnt argue. It is just the principal. Do what you tell the customer,especially when the inconvenienced me with the mistake on the easiest order. The fries were really good. It had been 9 years since I last visited a Spangles restaurant. So when I visited Kansas, I was stoked to give it a try. Now, let me preface by saying that I was disappointed to learn that the breakfast pita, the gyro, and turkey turkey on pita were discontinued, but I had been forewarned so I was braced for it. Though I wish they would bring back the pitas (of course I was also a fan of their peanut butter and jelly burger promo years ago), Spangles is still amazing. This location was excellent! The staff members were all very friendly and the food ... well ... as their slogan says, "It just tastes better." 9 years without Spangles was far too long. This location made my return amazing.
