Hard to order in drive thru, customer service could have been better. Drive thru was relatively empty, 1 car at the window then us at the speaker. Asked us to wait to order, not a problem as we wanted to skim the menu. We waited for 10mins; a line had formed behind us and we still hadn't ordered. Finally ordered and got to the window, not without additude from the employee. Once we pay, we keep waiting for our food mind you two steakburger meals w/ tea and chicken and waffles. We leave to find out that our chicken and waffles were not given to us, we go back and have to argue with the employee about ordering them at the drive thru. Have the recipt and we got charged for them. Finally, when we get them, we leave once more only to see that it's just waffles and Maple syrup. Straight disappointment, it was not worth the headache to go back and argue. My understanding that it's chicken and waffles.Checked online and my order item was incomplete. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Best burgers and fries on the planet!!! If you are ever in the area, please give them a try. I grew up on Spangles. Moved away, we go every time we are back in Wichita. You won't regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Dietary restrictions: I usually do keto. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot Kid-friendliness: My kids love the ice cream as part of the kids meal.
