Ibericos chef/owner is a very talented, passionate, and engaging gentleman who served us an excellent and very authentic paella at Sun Outdoors Islamorada for dinner tonight. We enjoyed great Mojitos and a complementary fresh tuna appetizer while waiting. Ismael and his associate delivered an exceptional and memorable meal. Gracias! I walked here and Ismael is super friendly and passionate about cooking. The croquetas are the best with fresh local sea food, as well as having your typical spanish tapas. Great for a quick bite or filling meal. There's also a gift shop and walkable garden with butterflies and birds right next to it. It's my go to spot in Key Largo.
