I came to Spare Rib on Sunday, February 18, 2024. I have not been here for a while. I was met by our waiter/server Brady. He was phenomenal. Brady is a soft well spoken, polite young man who is very considerate. I asked him his opinion on Martini’s and Menu suggestions. Brady knew the menu very well and made the suggestions to satisfy me. I had the Full rack of ribs and the chocolate raspberry martini. Both were excellent. The food at the Spare Rib is always consistently good . Brady was such a gentleman that he raised the heat when I said it was chilly in here and held the doors for my mother exiting the Spare Rib. Brady should be compensated well for a superior job as a waiter/ server. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
