Smoothies are top notch & made with good ingredients! This is the place you want to come for good smoothies, healthy food, coaching & energy drinks! Facility is very clean and all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly!

Amazing experience at Spartan Smoothies & Nutrition! The staff and the owner were absolutely amazing welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping you stay healthy. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. We had the prep meal with salmon and it was incredible fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The protein options were just as impressive. Everything tasted clean and high quality. They really have everything you need to stay healthy and maintain an athletic physique. Highly recommend this spot if you care about your health and performance. I’ll definitely be back.

First timers over here!! This was literally an impromptu stop. My husband, daughter and I were getting ready for our 2 hour drive back home from a day trip for her music scholarship audition and spotted Spartan right after we placed a food order at the nearby restaurant. Wish we would’ve seen Spartan’s first (yes over food! It was early afternoon and wasn’t hungry, hungry but wanted a light bite). My husband and I decided to save our food for later and opted to have smoothies instead. Our daughter created her own concoction of Vanilla & Caramel Iced Coffee. She said it was really good and couldn’t believe it was sugar free! It was better than regular sweetened iced coffee! She finished before I could get a pic. Just an empty cup of ice left which tells you she thoroughly enjoyed it! Husband got the Strawberry Twister large. He said it was really good and refreshed his bodyfelt good and not too sweetjust right! I got The Maddie with Greek yogurt base medium. It was refreshing as well and didn’t need any additional sweeteners. Very good! We met a regular customer who said she visits 3x a day which speaks for itself about the smoothies and the service! Mercedes and her co-worker were sweet hearts and a pleasure to meet!! You can tell they put love into what they do! Thanks again for the smoothies, iced coffee and great friendly service!! If you’re in the area or passing through (like us), do yourself a healthy favor and try Spartan Smoothie & Nutrition!
