This is the greatest place near Casa Museo Montes Molina. The Italian cuisine attracts visitors searching for a new experience. Make a change from your traditional meal and taste nicely cooked monkfish, pizza and octopus at this bar. Do not go away without degusting good tiramisu, gelato and panna cotta. Most likely, you'll return to Spasso later to order delicious wine, cordial or beer. According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer great cortado.
Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Cool service is something that people note in their comments. Solid food, but weird bar service in the hotel overall. I had the gnocchi and it had good flavor but needed salt, which of course was not on the table. The bread was good but a replenishment was not offered. The minestrone soup my companion ordered as starter was enormous and tasty- too large really for a starter size portion. His pasta dish was good. For the 3rd time on my stay in this Hyatt, I asked for a dry vodka Martini, this time I got a small shot of vodka in a huge martini glass with an olive. The two prior times I got a huge martini glass full of vermouth with maybe a small dash of vodka in it. I tried to explain to the lobby bar attendant what a vodka martini was, but he did not understand. At dinner, I asked for a glass "vino tinto" and was first offered a French option, then one from Chile, so I finally asked if they had no wines by the glass from Mexico, and so then he brought that. They should lead with those first !! The food was solid here and reasonably priced. A good option if you're staying in the Hyatt
