Having lived in Los Angeles for 10 years I can say that team at Spécimen knows what it’s doing. Tuesday for lunch walked by and got a double smash cheeseburger. It was expertly cooked and dressed perfectly. The lettuce on the bottom gives a refreshing counterpoint to the savory and nearly crispy patties. The cheese is perfectly melted and it all together definitely a top five burger experience.
