Nothing particularly fancy about this restaurant when it comes to the usual hotel breakfast with buffet style serving. But this restaurant serves as good quality of dishes as other hotel restaurants and all are very delicious. Only wishing that the variety of the menu can be a little wider! But it is still a good choice to start your day with nice breakfast!

We stayed at the Fairmont for nearly a week and this was a gem of a place for us. Their breakfast is a feast for kings. They offer an international buffet every morning and best part is they take strict precautions during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone walking around needs to wear a mask, the chefs/servers only serve you the food items you require from the buffet. Enough staff are around to cater the needs of the guests/customers so there is no room for any delay in getting your food or beverages.
Few of the items they include on their buffet are fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, variety of ham and cheese, grilled sausages, fresh salads, variety of bread and cereals with nuts honey butter and jam...and a live cooking station for omelettes and fried eggs!!! Massive selection of pastries, desserts and pan cakes. They also provide unlimited hot beverages and juices. If your looking to satisfy your hungry men cravings then this is the best place at the Fairmont!
Their staff are also very attentive. The fact that we were there every morning they knew what to order for our beverages as soon as they saw us.
Well done Spectrum!!!! Surely seeing you guys once again.
