A decent rooftop bar, but just be mindful that the glowing reviews here on Google Maps may be slightly inflated since they offer a deal for a 5 star review. The ambience overall is nice but not as refined as you might think. It’s basically a hookah joint with some nice but not mind-blowing rooftop views. Also note that it is outdoors (there is no indoor section) but they have fans for when it’s hot. The cocktail I got was quite unique and had wasabi flavor - I’ve never had a cocktail flavored like it before. Not entirely sure I would order it again but it was quite memorable. The cocktails are not cheap though. Price per person: RM 60–80 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Just visited Sphere Rooftop Bar in Penang and the vibe was amazing The rooftop view is stunning — you can see the beautiful Penang city lights while enjoying your drinks. The atmosphere is chill and aesthetic, perfect for hanging out with friends or even a date night. They have a wide selection of drinks from cocktails, gin, tequila to whisky. The prices are quite reasonable for a rooftop bar experience, and the staff were friendly with good service. If you’re looking for a nice place to relax at night in Penang with good vibes and a great view, Sphere Rooftop Bar is definitely worth visiting. Sphere Rooftop Bar, Penang Rating: 9.5/10
