I usually dont give negative reviews of places that I visited or dinning experience, but the Sphinx restaurant was not a great dinning experience. The restaurant has a great location, but I did not have a good dinning experience as mentioned in reviews about this place. We ordered two apetizers: hummus and bruscheta, two main courses: chicken sharma and cod fritters and 2 glasses of red wine. Cost: 288.93 (the waiter informed us about the service charge by stating " I hope it's ok that we included 10% service charge) at the moment you receive the bill). Not a good practice, as I prefer to give a well deserved tip or not, which should be at the client discretion. Most of the time, I usually over tip (20%) waiter at restaurants, but not this time. The food was just OK, the service was also OK, the atmosphere was also just OK. There was a group of 25 kids that were eating, the wine as ok Based on my dinning experience, I can not recommend this restaurant. The food was just ok and the service charge of 10 % included in the final bill is not right. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: zł 140–160 Vegetarian options: Available Dietary restrictions: Listed

I was very confused by our visit. The reviews are way too good for what you get. Food is okay and very overpriced for what it is. I also ordered a glass of wine and they pour very little. I worked 7 years in the bar and know the standards. I said nothing cuz I was tired and in fact did feel like even finishing it but those little details they add up. My bill was 160 for two dishes and drinks which is high compare to other restaurants in the neighbourhood. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: zł 140–160 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
