Poor management and extremely disappointing service. They were not honest about the status of my order. I placed my order at 6:20 PM but didn't receive it until 7:30 PM. After arriving for pickup, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even busy—there was only one table occupied. The delay was completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication made the experience even worse. I would give the service 0 stars if I could. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway

I was especially disappointed with the food. Before ordering, I asked the waiter for recommendations, and he suggested the Shahi Paneer and Baingan Bharta. Unfortunately, the Shahi Paneer was very disappointing. The gravy was thin and lacked the rich, silky, creamy texture you would expect. There was also an excessive amount of ghee floating on top, which made the dish unappetizing. After eating the Baingan Bharta, both my wife and I experienced a sore throat. It was very oily, and I'm not sure what type of oil was used. The Gobi Manchurian was disappointing as well. Instead of properly sized florets, it seemed crushed, burned like coal and lacked good texture and presentation. I visited after a long time, especially because the restaurant had moved from its old location to a new one. I was hoping for better food, improved ambiance, and an overall better experience. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. I shared all of this feedback with the waiter, but no one apologized or offered to replace or correct the dishes. That was equally disappointing from a customer service perspective. Overall, the food quality and service did not meet the expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We catered kathiawadi food and the famous Matla Undhiyoo in tri-state area from Spice Rack-Bensalem. It was very authentic and delicious and all the guests loved it and reminded them of their home towns in Gujarat. Spice Rack is the best Indian restaurant and catering for any occasion ; big or small. Thank you Jayeshbhai and team!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
