For the price, this restaurant is well worth the money. £12 lunchtime buffet, I had more than £12 worth if you order from a takeaway . Nice little variety of food, wasn’t very warm mind, could have done with being a little hotter. Deserts were really nice, would recommend to anyone on a budget Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Rice Pudding, Chicken Korma

Been going to Spice Route for years and always loved it there . Went last Sunday and have to say was really disappointed. Food was cold. No interaction from staff at all, our plates were left on the table for the whole visit and we were the only ones in there. Price wise far too expensive for what it is. I always used to have a Masala Dosa but now you have to pay for that on top of the £18.50 for Sunday buffet. I think it was an extra £4.50 Not good value for money and I made the decision that it would be my last visit there to eat. I have to say however that the stir fry was hot and tasty but it took a while for the chef to come and make it for you. The whole place could do with a good clean it looks past it's sell by date and definitely needs a good spruce and Spring Clean. Sorry Spice Route I won't be back... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Stir Fry Wok
