I went to eat in Spices , so I went to wash my hand at the space provided for washing of hands and mistakenly while try to open the tap since it wasn't conventional tap , it got broken and I was made to pay for this tap on the spot. 15K for a tap in which it could have happened to anyone , I was even the one who approached this person either the RM or ARM cos she was not on uniform.... This is totally unacceptable Service: 1
