I love their food but their customer service is TERRIBLE. Everytime I come to this store, the old lady the one who took the order is always RUDE!!! She’s kinda like racist too. She’s acting nice when it comes to white customer and the last time I ordered from them, I ask them nicely if they can please do “no salt” on my noodles because my dad doesn’t like any salt on our food because he is sick, she yell at me that if I want sauce and salt? I said “no salt please”, she just turn around and talk in Thai to the people who works in the kitchen. They rolled their eyes on me. I just ignored it and I ask for extra vinegar, she asked me to pay $5 for extra vinegar, so I paid for it. When I got home, the other vinegar that I got, the one it comes with the steamed fish, it’s almost nothing. So disappointing! I would definitely not coming back to this store anymore and I will highly not recommend this store. Double thumbs down to their customer service! My favorite thai food ever! They have tbe best drunken noodles. I have been ordering from them for a long time. My husband isnt the biggest fan of thai food and never wants to order, today we decided to order from spicy lime Thai and he said this was very tasty. The thai egg rolls was the best egg rolls we have ever had anywhere. Good portions
