When trying to obtain a Saturday chicken special when given the box of chicken was told it was all dark meat instead of mix as advertise then told it would be over 30 minutes before I could get mix no explanations no nothing handed the box and walked away ,

A year ago I cancelled my Spinx carwash membership because the service had gone downhill from the time they first opened their full service locations. I hoped things would turnaround but on my most recent visit to the Poinsett location I was proved wrong yet again. You may wonder why the vacuums are just lying on the ground, other than the one that is simply broken, they are clogged and don't have enough suction to stay on the holder so therefore they don't have enough suction to pull the dirt out of your carpet. And as usual there is no attended in site to help. I believe in you Spinx but so far you have yet to prove you care.
