Clients can eat nicely cooked chicken at Spinx. Visitors don't like coffee at this place. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this spot is something one can call prompt. But google users rated Spinx and it didn't achieve a high rating.

In May 2026, I visited your store and purchased milk with a total of $3.17. The cashier informed me that I needed to round up to the nearest 20 cents because your store does not accept pennies. I find this policy unacceptable, as rounding up takes money from the customer without their consent — that is essentially theft. If pennies are not accepted, the ethical and fair practice would be to round down in the customer’s favor. I am requesting a formal explanation of this policy and ask that it be reconsidered immediately.

Hi Alicia! We are sorry to hear about this experience as this does not follow the correct policy. Beginning November 2025, because of the penny shortage, we round the total down to the nearest nickel for all cash payments. Edited to 1* - I decided to give this place another try, and they still cannot get their act together, being out of food, products, condiments, and let's not forget the cappuccino machine that is NEVER clean or working properly! I really hate having to drive further, QT, or to another Spinx, that can manage their store's inventory. The only reason for the 2 stars is the politeness of the ladies behind the counter. I stood waiting for a simple sandwich, for 12 minutes. Meat was cold, and the cheese was not even melted, so what were you doing in that kitchen my guy? Furthermore, a lady was there waiting for 20 minutes on her food, and no sense of urgency at all. This location is always out of something, so don't boast "made to order food", when what you want, they are out of, and this is not just a one time occurrence. I come here for the convenience, but honestly will drive to QT going forward, as they are never out of what is desired, and their food is hot, fresh, and quick. Take some lessons from your competition, QT, Sheetz, & WaWa, as they know hiw to do things right!
