I was in Rincon for a week and came back to Spires 3 times. The food was delicious. I ordered the veggie dumplings every visit. I could not get enough of them and their dipping sauce they come with. I also tried the bao buns. The buns are cooked to perfections. The falafel bowl was also incredible. Crispy on the outside, and soft in the middle. And a good portion. Also tried the pickle platter and hummus. On top of all the food being great, the employees are lovely! Clara and Sedona are attentive, sweet, and make yummy drinks!! And eating in the little plaza is charming and cozy. I will continue to come back on every visit to Rincon. What a gem! Spires Market is high quality good at fair price, period. Mordey was very knowledgeable about the Rincon area, he was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our food.
