We had a very nice meal at Le Spirit. It’s fairly simple food so come with those expectations but prepared very nicely. The tagliatelle with blue cheese was delicious, and the apple dessert. Our server - although not having much English - made an effort to communicate with our limited French and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely return when next in Briançon! Service: 5
