Order good beer. Clients don't like pizza at this bar. The cosy atmosphere of Split Raleigh makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. A lot of guests have noticed that the staff is accommodating here. This place is notable for its enjoyable service. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Bouncer wasn’t even in the doorway, my friend was dancing as he walked in , and the bouncer came out and said “I can’t let you in, you’re too drunk” and my friend was just dancing. Bouncer also didn’t check one of our other friends’ ID’s but then patted my boyfriend down twice. Very bad service

I was here for a friends birthday party. We reserved the section, it was nice and exclusive. We even got hookah. The lady workers were attentive and offered the birthday girl water when they saw she was fanning her face. I went to get my friends drinks and the bartender was so overwhelmed serving me and distracted getting her thousandth order for the night (from someone else) that she accidentally knocked over and spilled my drink on me while handing it over. She was very apologetic! And made me a new drink for free and gifted me a shot, also for free. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After leaving Wonderland Kitchen & Cocktails (absolutely delicious and amazing vibe). My cousins, friends, and I paid the $20 cover charge at the door and received a yellow wristband from the woman collecting payments. Before stepping out briefly, “one of my cousins”, specifically asked that same staff member if re-entry would be allowed, and she was told “yes”. When she returned, security would not let her back in and said it was up to management. That part we understood — they were doing their job. However, when the staff member who originally took the payment was called over, she acted as though she had no memory of the conversation and denied saying re-entry was allowed. This put my cousin in a very uncomfortable and embarrassing position, especially since she had proof of payment, the wristband, and friends and family still inside the establishment. The issue wasn’t security doing their job — it was the lack of accountability and customer service from the staff member who handled the payment. Situations like this should be addressed with honesty and professionalism. Because of this experience, our group will not be returning and we cannot recommend this venue. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management encourages better communication and accountability so future guests have a better experience. People work hard for their money, and being dismissed or made to feel dishonest is very disheartening. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
