The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Orders through Talabat often take over an hour and arrive cold. Even when ordering directly from the restaurant, the wait can exceed 40 minutes. The delays seem to be from the restaurant rather than the delivery company, and the overall operation feels disorganized. That said, the staff are hardworking and doing their best. Special thanks to Mark, who was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I hope management improves the organization and waiting times. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chicken bites were undercooked, which is completely unacceptable in terms of quality. The food overall did not meet basic standards. The interaction with the staff was poor and unprofessional, and the customer service was extremely bad. There was no concern for the customer’s experience.
