Let me begin with stating that this is an establishment you will want to try out. We will be returning. Our family was visiting and wanted Lobster. We looked up possibilities, and Spotos Fish & Oysters popped up. We began the meal with an excellent red wine , suggested by our efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive waitress, Stacy. I have a host of allergies including nuts and shellfish. I failed to inform the waitress. We ordered two appetizers: the crab cake which was pure delicious crab (per my husband, sister-in-law, and brother-¹in-law). The second appetizer was the Korean Ribs. When I went to pick up the rib, I realized they were garnished with peanuts, which I unfortunately am unable to eat. I did not eat it nor suffer from a reaction, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and also realized the fish I ordered for my meal is cooked in peanut oil. The chef provided me with my meal options to avoid any allergic reaction. My family enjoyed the amazing Maine Lobsters and I devoured my scrumptious pan-seared yellow snapper and whipped potatoes. It came down to deciding which would be my last bite. This experience is not cheap, but it is fairly priced for the quality of the food and service. Dietary restrictions: SEE REVIEW!
