Customer service is horrible.... I believe her name on my receipt said Rikkiwi.. Her attitude her personality was very rude from the start. I was trying to communicate to her my drink and food and she could not hear me and vice versa through the loud music... ( The speaker over the men's bathroom was very loud) Not to mention she was also was intoxicated) There was a repeat of us not hearing each other over the 2 hrs I was there.. In my opinion there was a misunderstanding because we couldn't hear each other so therefore it resulted in her having an attitude with me and my friend... I asked her could she cut the music down a tad bit so we could communicate and it would cut down the confusion and her response was "I CAN HEAR YOU JUST FINE" Very nasty attitude. Now all of a sudden she hears me and my friend talking to each other about how horrible our service was. And that's when she started and argument with us... I patronize all the bars in this neighborhood and I never have an altercation with anyone else... SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PPL... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
