Spread is pretty near Musashi Koyama Shopping Street Palm. This cafe is to be recommended for nicely cooked sandwiches. Order the great coffee served here.

Ordered the spread set (1,650 yen including tax). It's a hearty meal that comes with two types of sandwiches to choose from (you can choose from fruit-based or meal-based), soup, deli, and a drink. Everything was delicious. It would be nice if you could choose something other than coffee.
